Orusta Community Guidelines

Orusta, operated by Challenge Arena Software FZCO, brings together a global sports community passionate about self-improvement, fair play, and healthy competition. To ensure everyone can enjoy the experience, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against harmful behavior.
Our principles
- Mutual respect — every member deserves to be treated with dignity.
- Fair play — talent and hard work are the only valid currency.
- Safety — no content should put others in danger.
- Transparency — our moderation is human, fair, and responsive.
Strictly prohibited content
The following content results in immediate removal and, depending on severity, a temporary or permanent ban:
- Nudity, sexual, or sexually suggestive content
- Gratuitous violence or gore
- Hate speech, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny
- Harassment, intimidation, or threats
- Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
- Impersonation of any person or entity
- Doxxing or sharing personal information about others without consent
- Mass self-promotion, spam, or promotional links
- Promotion of suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
- Promotion of illegal substances or doping products
- Content inciting real-world violence
Cheating and challenge integrity
Orusta is built on trust in genuine athletic performance. Any attempt to manipulate results results in an immediate ban:
- Pre-recorded videos or content downloaded from other sources
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated detection tools
- Simulated movements to fool the rep-counting AI
- Multi-accounting to manipulate rankings
- Sharing battle codes to cheat collaboratively
Moderation
- Video submissions are reviewed by human moderators before publication.
- User reports are processed within 24 hours whenever possible.
- Moderation decisions can be appealed by writing to legal@orusta.com.

Reporting content or users
- In chats and messages: long-press a message to access the "Report" option.
- On a profile: "Report" button accessible from the profile menu.
- On a video: reporting icon on each video.
You can also block a user at any time from their profile.
